When you designate your preferred contact method with your Service Provider (such as Alternative Payment Agency, your Child Care Provider, or a Contracted R&R Agency), and opt to use SMS or do not provide them with your email address, you will receive all notifications in SMS from this short code. Message and data rates may apply.

  2. If you no longer want to receive the SMS alert, you can contact the message sender (the Agency or your Child Care Provider) to change to a voice call or email.

  3.
