When the childcare Provider submits the attendance, parent(s) will be asked to confirm and sign the attendance information prior to attendance being sent to the childcare Agency.

  1. Parent(s) will receive a notification by email and/or SMS. The notification contains a link to continue to the attendance record.

2. Parent(s) may be asked for a verification code before continuing to view and sign the attendance information. If parent is not asked for a verification code, skip to step 3.

a. Select a method to receive a code (Email or SMS) → Click Send.

b. When a code is received in either an email or text → Enter the code and click Submit.

3. Review the attendance record and click “Parent Sign” to continue signing.

4. Sign with your mouse, or finger if you are using a touch screen monitor or smart device, then click Submit. The page will refresh and you can download a copy of the attendance record.
