Attendance Configurations
1 Attendance Type
Administrative users may set up attendance types. To add a new attendance type:
Start by opening to Admin Module → Attendance → Attendance Type
Select New
Fill out form
Full Name: name of the attendance type
Display Name: name that will be displayed to users
Description
Select Save when complete
To modify an existing attendance type, select the name
2 Absence Type
Administrative users may set up absence types. To set up an absence type:
Start by opening to Admin Module → Attendance → Absence Type
Select New
Fill out form
Absence Type: name of the absence type
Short Name: short displayed name of the absence type (note: this is the displayed name of the absence within mSign)
Provider Paid: yes or no selections if the provider will be paid for this absence
Enrolled Hour: yes or no selections if the absence will be claimed on the CDNFS report
Select Save when complete
