Attendance Configurations

1      Attendance Type

Administrative users may set up attendance types. To add a new attendance type:

  1. Start by opening to Admin Module → Attendance → Attendance Type

  2. Select New

  3. Fill out form

    1. Full Name: name of the attendance type

    2. Display Name: name that will be displayed to users

    3. Description

  4. Select Save when complete

  5. To modify an existing attendance type, select the name

2      Absence Type

Administrative users may set up absence types. To set up an absence type:

  1. Start by opening to Admin Module → Attendance → Absence Type

  2. Select New

  3. Fill out form

    1. Absence Type: name of the absence type

    2. Short Name: short displayed name of the absence type (note: this is the displayed name of the absence within mSign)

    3. Provider Paid: yes or no selections if the provider will be paid for this absence

    4. Enrolled Hour: yes or no selections if the absence will be claimed on the CDNFS report

  4. Select Save when complete
