Sign in the box for self-certification and check the box to confirm care has been provided, then tap Submit at the bottom. A warning will appear to let you know that once submitted, the attendance can not be changed, tap OK to continue.

Allow 5 to 10 minutes for the submission process to complete. You can pull down on the claim page or exit and re-enter to refresh.

Once complete, the status will change to “Ready for Parent”. A notice will be sent to the parent with by email or SMS if it was provided to your agency. The notice will have the option for parents to sign and confirm the attendance on their own device by email or SMS if it was provided to your agency . If you need to send another notice, you can select Send Attendance to Parent in the bottom right menu.

If the parent does not have a reachable email or cell phone number, or you would like the confirmation to be signed in person, you can tap the menu button and select Parent Signature to allow parents to sign on your device.

Your agency may enable a secondary verification before the parent is allowed to sign. If your agency did not enable secondary verification, the parent can immediately sign and confirm.

Parents can then review the attendance then tap Parent Sign to sign and submit the attendance.

Parent(s) will be asked for a verification code before continuing.

a. Select a method to receive a code (Email or SMS) → Click Send.

b. When a code is received in either an email or text → Enter the code and click Submit.

Once the parent has signed the attendance confirmation, the claim will automatically be sent to your agency and the claim will be updated to “Submitted”.
