1      Program

The Programs tab allows administrative users to configure programs. To add a new program:

  1. Start by opening to Admin Module → Students Program

  2. Select New

  3. Enter Program Name

  4. Select Save when finished

  5. To modify existing programs including setting status to active/inactive, select the program name.

2      Schedule Template

Administrative users can set up commonly used schedules as templates for use in (re)enrollment.  New schedules can be added, and existing ones can be modified and set to active/inactive. Existing schedules can be searched according to name and status. To add schedule template:

3      School Calendar

Set up a School Calendar configuration for a School District(s) where the children are attending schools (for the school-aged children). Once set up, the school calendar will remain and will have to be updated each fiscal year. To update an existing School Calendar for adding the new fiscal year dates:

Note: Adding a new “School Calendar” will follow the same steps except for selecting “New” instead of selecting an existing one. Adding a new calendar will only be used if the agency will be expanding the service area that includes different school districts.
